I was a single parent with dreams so big I could hardly hold them.

I have been an entrepreneur for over 20 years and it hasn't always been easy. Especially when I found myself as a single parent. Not only did I have to solely raise and nurture two growing girls. I also had more financial responsibility, which sometimes felt like the world was on my shoulders. I can't tell you how many times I had those big snotty red faced cries when everything was really overwhelming.

What made it even more difficult, I was bit by the entrepreneurial bug long ago and the thought of working a traditional job made me cringe. I had to figure out how to support my kids as well as nurture my dreams. At the time I was a chef with a mission to feed and heal the world. However it was difficult to find the balance in working long hours outside of the home, while my girls were growing into little ladies.

In the end I closed my restaurant, healed, recovered and launched my online business. At first I just focused on plant based nutrition, recipes and health coaching. Then I expanded into the Whole Sista brand I am building now. It better represents all of my diverse talents, interests, experiences and life path.

I merged my love of Personal Development, Business, Natural Health and Whole Living into One.

I am so excited to share with you the experiences and lessons I learned, so that you can build your business without all of the hours upon hours of research I did, as well as all of the trial and error action that I have taken. I want to make it easier for you.
