Welcome to the Selfie Spa and Healing Resort, this is where we will set up our self-care systems to take excellent care of ourselves while we build our business.

In the video, we went over the healthy 5 to keep you energized, nourished and sexy. Food, Exercise, Water, Sleep and Sunshine. I gave you some self-care tools for more efficiency, flow and consistency where we went over the power of having a solid morning routine, meal planning and prep, and scheduling time for yourself and the things that mean most to you. Next, we learned about setting and navigating your boundaries to keep you from burning out and that it is okay to say no and ask for help. Lastly, I gave you other self-care essential to get in touch with your feminine needs. We talked about your mental & emotional health, doing things you enjoy, making yourself beautiful and cultivating your feminine energy.

So in ending you matter and are the center of your life, if you don’t take care of you, who will? Walk in your feminine power, love yourself unapologetically, be easy on yourself, let go and have fun.
