Lesson 3 Module 1

To copy the board: Click Show Menu in upper right corner. Scroll down and click …More.Scroll down and click Copy Board. Name your Board and give it a title. Make sure “Keep Cards” are checked and your board is left on Private. Then click Create.


Trello is a project management software that you can use just for yourself, for your clients, collaboration or to manage a team. It helps you organize information and tasks so you can see what’s getting done.


Trello first allows you to separate your projects and interests into boards.


A Board consists of lists, which you can use as steps in a workflow, categories or whatever you want them to be. You can make as many as you want on a board.


Cards are added to the lists to keep track of everything else, more like individual tasks or things that fall under certain categories. But again you can use them for anything.


You can add checklists to cards to add action steps that can be checked off for whatever you’re doing.


You can attach files, notes, due dates, and comments if you’re collaborating with others on your projects.


All of the lists and cards can be moved around and organized anyway that you like.


Trello is an excellent tool for project management and productivity, it’s definitely something you need in your arsenal to create powerful systems. I hope you love it as much as me.
